Not Receiving Your PTA Newsletter?
Your school’s PTA has transitioned its newsletter to Apptegy, and we’ve heard that some families may not be receiving it. This may be because you still need to opt in to PTA/PTSA communications through Aeries.
Here’s how to check your preference:
Log in to Aeries → Student Info → Data Confirmation → Authorizations and select “YES” to Authorization 5DE (Release of Directory Information to PTA/PTSA).
You can update this preference at any time. Once you’ve opted in, your information will be included in the audience for future PTA newsletters.
If you’ve already opted in and are still having trouble receiving the newsletter, please reach out to MBMS Communications for assistance.
