The MBMS PTA operates on a tight budget so it is critical that every family contributes at a level meaningful to them in order for our PTA to continue to fund important initiatives and programs. The PTA will fund technology enhancements, campus improvements, curriculum enrichment, performing arts, music, sports and PE equipment, school spirit events and much more.

The annual PTA membership fee is included at each donation level. This covers state, national, and local PTA dues, as well as allows access to our online school directory. Beyond the annual PTA membership fee, please consider donating at the Mavericks, Hang 10 or Surf’s Up levels.
MAVERICK: $500 per MBMS student to PTA + $2,000 per student to MBEF
Each Maverick Donation Receives:
HANG 10: $350 per MBMS student to PTA + any donation to MBEF
Each Hang 10 Donation Receives:
SURF’S UP: $175 per MBMS student to PTA + any donation to MBEF
Each Surf’s Up Donation Receives:
MEMBER: $15 per parent

The Manhattan Beach Education Foundation is a community driven fundraising organization that supplements state funding for programs that inspire learning, enrich teaching, and promote innovation and academic excellence in the public schools of Manhattan Beach. Our Parent Teacher Association (PTA) and the Manhattan Beach Education Foundation (MBEF) are vital partners in ensuring the quality of education our students receive at MBMS.
