This Tuesday (2/27) at 7pm in the MPR, join us for a panel presentation on “What’s going on in our community? Insights into early teen behavior and risks." This is sure to be an informative and helpful look with presenters Moe Gelbart, Executive Director of the Thelma McMillen Center for Alcohol and Drug Treatment at Torrance Memorial Medical Center, Raunda Frank, a prevention expert with Behavioral Health Services who leads the Prevention Community Council in the Beach Cities, and Meagan Ramsey a researcher who has worked with the Rape Treatment Center of UCLA-Santa Monica as an instructor in the teen program called Roads to Respect. These experts will be presenting on vaping, drug and alcohol use, and emerging sexuality in the age of the internet. This is an evening for adults, no children please.
